APPLICATION FOR SUBSTITUTION OF THE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF THE COMPLAINANT COMPANY.

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH :-

1.       That the complainant company has filed the aforesaid complaint under Section 138 of N.I. Act against the accused person and same is pending before this Hon’ble Court for 10.04.20XXfor further proceedings.

2.       That the previous Authorized Representative Mr. XXXXXXXX is unable to appear further in the present case due to some personal reason. It is pertinent to mention here that Mr. XXXXXXX has also been authorized and empowered to appoint / authorize to another AR on behalf of the Complainant Company to proceed the present case, therefore, he has been authorized to Mr………… vide authorization letter dated ………. to proceed the present case on behalf of the complainant company.

3.       That due to the aforesaid reason, Applicant seeks the permission before this Hon’ble Court to substitute the new AR Mr………….. of the Complainant Company instead of previous AR MrXXXXXXXXXX
