1.             That the aforesaid petition filed by the petitioner before this Hon’ble Court and same is fixed for xxxxxxxx.

2.             That on xxxxxx a notice has been issued by this Hon’ble Court to the respondent and same was received on …………. and after receiving of the notice respondent engaged the counsel for the contest the present proceedings and when the counsel go through the file it is found that the complete documents has not been supplied with the summons by the petitioner.

3.             It is submitted that in the absence of the documents it is very difficult to make any reply or application for leave to defend and it is also very difficult to understand the version of the petitioner.

4.             It is submitted that applicants seeks before this Hon’ble Court by filing the present application to direct the petitioner to supply the complete set of documents filed by the petitioner along with the petition.

        It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that before this Hon’ble Court may kindly allow the present application and may kindly the petitioner to supply the complete set of the documents filed by the petitioner along with the petition, in the interest of justice.

Pass such further order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and may pass in favour of the respondent, in the interest of justice.
