APPLICATION ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT / ACCUSED NAMELY, XXXX SEEKING PERMISSION TO TRAVEL TO DUBAI FROM 29.08.2024 TO 11.09.2024.

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH :-

1.                 That the captioned matter is pending for adjudication before this Hon’ble Court and the same is next listed before this Hon’ble Court for xxxx.

2.                 That vide the present application, the Applicant/Accused seeks permission of this Hon’ble Court to allow him to travel outside India i.e. Dubai for business commitments. The Applicant is required to travel to Dubai from 29.08.2024 to 11.09.2024.

3.                 It is pertinent to mention that the air tickets for the purpose of the aforesaid travel of the Applicant has also been finalized and booked in advance so that the Applicant herein can furnish the exact details to this Hon’ble Court prior in time. It is further stated that the Applicant during his travel to Dubai shall be staying at xxxx  in care of Mr. xxx 

Copy of Air Tickets is annexed herewith as Annexure A-1.

4.                 That on 25.07.2024 this Hon’ble Court has been cancelled / rescinded the LOC issued / open against the Applicant subject to the condition that the accused / applicant Xxxx shall not leave India without prior permission of this Hon’ble Court. The Applicant has taken diligent steps to ensure complete compliance of the direction and condition as imposed by this Hon’ble Court.

Copy of the order dated 25.07.2024 passed by this Hon’ble Court is annexed herewith as Annexure A-2.

5.                 That the Applicant has already instructed and authorized his counsels to duly accept notice on behalf of the Applicant and further the proceedings before this Hon’ble Court shall not be hampered during the Applicant’s travel and no inordinate delay shall be caused due to the Applicant. That the Applicant shall produce sufficient surety before this Hon’ble Court if so directed by this Hon’ble Court.

PRAYER:-

In view of the facts and circumstances and submissions made above, it is respectfully prayer that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to: -

i.                   Allow the present application;

ii.                Allow the Applicant/Accused to travel to Dubai from 29.08.2024 to 11.09.2024; and

iii.              Pass any such further order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of the justice.
