APPLICATION ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT NAMELY MRS. xxx SEEKING EXEMPTION FROM PERSONAL APPEARANCE.

It is humbly submitted to the Hon’ble Court:-

1.     That Applicant is the Petitioner no. 1 in the abovementioned case.

2.     That the Applicant is unable to appear before this Hon’ble Court due to her official urgent work. Therefore, due to this Applicant will not be able to appear today before this Hon’ble Court. Applicant has instructed the same to his counsel over phone to move the present exemption application.

3.     That Applicant seeks the permission from this Hon’ble Court to kindly allow the exemption application of the Applicant from personal appearance for today only.

4.     That the reason for non-appearance of the Applicant is bonafide and is neither intentional nor deliberate. Hence, it is prayed that this application may be allowed in the interest of justice.

It is humbly prayed to the Hon’ble Court to kindly grant exemption of the applicant from personal appearance today.
