Subject: For registration of FIR U/s 307, 325, 120-B IPC against 4 unknown persons travelling in xxx  on XXX August, 24 on around 1 am for attacking the undersigned with sole intend to kill the undersigned.

1.       IXXXXX S/o Sh. XXXXXXXX R/XXXXX, ND-15 (herein referred as “Undersigned”), through this present complaint request SHO sir to take strict action against the 4 unknown person travelling in xxx , xx on XXX^h August, 24 and to register FIR U/s 307, 325, 120-B IPC against these 4 unknown persons for attacking me with the sole intend to kill me.

2.       That on 20^th August, 24 on and around 12.40 am I had my dinner with my friend namely (XXXXXX) at XXXXX, located at XXXX, and thereafter we left for my home as it was my Mother’s Birthday on XX^th August. It is pertinent to mention herein that we were travelling through Grey Colour Creta bearing No. DLXXXXXXXXXX and I was driving my friend’s car. In the meanwhile when we were crossing Wine Shop (adjacent XXXXX) suddenly one xx ,xx  in high speed came in front of us and stopped their car in-front of us, leading to which I pressed my car’s light dipper against them for removing their car so that we can leave from that particular place, but it was of no use at people in Thar car were adamant and unjustified as they were not removing their xx  from my way.  

3.       That those unknown people instead of removing their Thar from my way were adamant to not to reverse their car so that I can leave from that particular place. It is pertinent to mention herein that my friend and I both were shocked and surprised that why these people in xx  are doing such unjustified act and not giving us the way; in meanwhile a third person came to us and requested us that if people in Thar car are being adamant and unjustified; atleast we can be sensible and let us give them way and resolve this matter to which me and my friend agreed and I tried to reverse my friends car but I was not able to do the same as Creta Car reverse gear functions are different from normal car functions. Therefore in the lieu of the same my friend came to driving side and I sat next to him on other side and then my friend reversed and removed his car and gave the way to the people travelling in xx.

4.       That after giving the way to xxx me and my friend moved ahead and we were in front of XXXX then out of sudden few people from  xxx started banging our car window and were abusing us and threatening us for dire consequences. My friend and me were shocked and threatened as we already reversed our car and already gave them way to move ahead and now for what reason they are threatening us and abusing us for no reason and no fault of us.

5.       That after seeing this act of unknown people travelling in xx  I came out from my side and I requested and asked them what happened to which they started abusing and said to me categorically that “hummei tujhei jaan sei maar dengein, tunei car nahei hatayei humare raste sei abhei tu nahei bacheiga.” To which I said sorry and was trying to explain them but out of sudden they started hitting me on my head and on my face brutally as they were using some sharp small deadly weapon against my head and face and on my other upper body parts. After being brutally hit by them I became unconscious as my head and face were bleeding and I was having sever pain on my right hand side shoulder. Thereafter my friend immediately took me to nearest hospital namely XXXXXXXXXX at XXXXXXXXXX and I also called police helpline number on 112 at 1.53 am and 1.55 am.

6.       That I was in severe pain and trauma after the incident in which I was targeted to be killed by 4 unknown person travelling in xx, I was brutally hit on my head and on my right side of my face and on other upper side body parts and I was not able to speak but also my right hand shoulder got dislocated. Therefore after taking pain killers and medicine I apprised police officer about the said incident and requested police officers to check CCTV footage and to trace out the car number and details of the 4 unknown people who brutally attacked me on my head, face and other upper side body parts with sharp small deadly weapon with sole intend to kill me for not removing my friends car from their way initially, thereafter my friend removed the car from their way and we gave them way ahead. I am attaching my pictures with this present complaint which clearly reflects that I was brutally attacked by 4 unknown persons with sole intend to kill me.

7.       Through this present complaint I request concern SHO sir to take appropriate action against the 4 unknown persons travelling through xxx on 20^th August, 24 on and around 1 am in front of Wine Shop (adjacent to Food Scouts) in accordance with the provisions of law and to register FIR against the 4 unknown persons U/s 307, 325, 120-B IPC and I also request concern SHO sir to provide me and family members police protection as I still apprehend that those 4 unknown person might attack me or my family member in near future after the incident of XXX August, 24.
