Sub: Misuse of my facebook account by some unknown persons by hacking my account.

          It is to inform you that I have a facebook account by the name of “Xxxxx” and since last four days before I came to know that some unknown person using my facebook account by posting and typing bad comments on my facebook account by hacking my password. It is further informed to you that same has been misused without my knowledge. It is requested you to take the kindly strict and stern action against said unknown person.

Respected Sir,

That the complainant is the owner of the ….. floor of property no. ……………………, New Delhi. Mr. ………….. is having terrace rights of property bearing No. ……….., New Delhi in the same building of complainant.

That on ………….  Mr ………..  who came along with some labourer, construction material and equipments, started to carrying the construction on the terrace and they installed a Antenna/Telephone Tower of “…………..” and giving out the terrace on rent/lease to ………. Telecome for commercial purpose without any approval from the concerned authorities and no objection certificates from the other occupants of the building.

After passage of time complainant facing day to day harassment and difficulties and the structure of the building not to hold the weight of the antenna and also found that the antenna was put heavy load on the building as the antenna structure is huge around 15-20 feet in height and very heavy in weight, furthermore it requires 100% power backup for smooth functioning with the help of heavy duty generators. The same shall be in use for long hours on diesel and kerosene oil and it is bound to create a lot of air pollution and noise pollution. As the locality is purely residential it shall create constant nuisance for the complainant and the local residents.     

That it is submitted the running of heavy generator /invertors will create constant nuisance in respect to the Noise pollution, Air pollution, and create the vibration in whole building of complainant and in adjacent house of neighbors. It is pertinent here to mention that the telephone tower/antenna creates Electro Magnetic Radiation (EMR), which can be harmful for the complainant as well as his family and the local residents. The act of Mr …………. shall encroach upon the peaceful atmosphere of the locality and the residents of the locality.    

 That on ………. complainant requested to them not to remove the said antenna as it is illegal and it is not permitted in the residential area as per law and will create disturbance in the building as well as in the locality and also can be hazardous as the root/base of the building is not heavy/sufficient for installing the said antenna and the said antenna can collapse.  They are not only refused the request of the complainant and also threatened the complainant of dire consequences if he make any complaint against them and the activities carried out by him.

That act of ……….. is causing harm to the peaceful right of the …. floor of complainant as the staircase of the building is common which shall be used by the labours and technical staff day and night who are visiting at any time for repair and maintenance of antenna as commercial building / area, they are doing all the above illegal acts to which the ………… has no right whatsoever.

That ………. has not acceded to the request of the complainant for not to removing Antenna/Telephone Tower of “………”.

It is therefore, requested that the said antenna was installed at the said premises are illegal and same will be removed on immediately basis, because the structure of the building was not holding the weight of the antenna and it will create Electro Magnetic Radiation (EMR) and also can be hazardous as the root/base of the building is not heavy/sufficient for installing the said antenna and the said antenna can collapse. Further, take necessary action against …………..
