Sub: Misuse of my facebook account by some unknown persons by hacking my account.

          It is to inform you that I have a facebook account by the name of “Xxxxx” and since last four days before I came to know that some unknown person using my facebook account by posting and typing bad comments on my facebook account by hacking my password. It is further informed to you that same has been misused without my knowledge. It is requested you to take the kindly strict and stern action against said unknown person.

Kindly refer to my repeated replies to you. I have repeatedly complied with KYC documents. To make the things clear and straight. I state that I have the following three addresses;-

          Residential Address:-

xxxxx.

I have already submitted copy of my Aadhar Card and PAN Card.

          Chamber Address:-

xxxxxxx

The said address should be in your record. I have been using this chamber for the 13-14 years.

I also have bank account in the UCO Bank, Patiala House, New Delhi Branch. If required I can submit a certificate from the said Bank to confirm the said address in my bank accounts.

          Temporary Office Address:-

1. xxxxxxxxx.

This place on rent. I can submit certificate from the landlord to confirm that I use the aforesaid space.

I have already submitted my Aadhar Card, PAN Card and Voter ID Card regarding my residential address.

My record as a customer with you is excellent in so far as making timely payments to you are concerned.

What else I am supposed to do?

Further to my earlier mail, may I request you to kindly update my KYC by recording my residential address for which I submit both copy of my Aadhar Card instead of earlier chamber address in your record. The said residential address is as under;-
