Hon’ble Sir,

That the Applicant herein XXXXX, seeking the release of Rs. XXXXX/-, which has been directed to be released in his favor pursuant to the orders passed by Hon’ble Justice XXXXX vide order dated 21.01.2022 in XXXXX Vs XXXXX Delhi in Bail Application No.XXXXX.

That the Applicant is one of the victims in FIR No. XXXX registered at PS XXXXX under Sections XXXXX IPC in relation to the fraudulent scheme operated by XXXXX.

That as per the order of Hon'ble High Court dated 21.01.2022 in Bail Application No. XXXXX, an amount of Rs. XXXXX /- is lying deposited with the Registrar General of this Hon'ble Court, and the victims have been granted liberty to approach the Registrar General for release of their respective amounts.

That the Applicant has been identified as one of the victims whose claim has been verified and approved for the release of the sum of Rs. XXXXX/-. The Ld. Trial Court in its order dated 25.06.2024 also recorded no objection from the accused, XXXXX, for the release of the full amount to the Applicant as well as other victims in the present matter.

In light of the directions of the Hon’ble High Court in the aforementioned case and the no objection from the accused, the Applicant is entitled to receive the said amount of Rs.XXXXX/- along with interest accrued thereon may kindly be released to the Applicant / Victim Mr. XXXXX.

It is prayed accordingly.
