My name is XXXXX, and I am the father of XXXXX, who has been allotted admission vide Registration No. XXXXX for the Session 2024-25 in Class Nursery/Pre-school at XXXXX under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act (RTE). This Act mandates private schools to reserve 25% of their seats for children from economically weaker sections and disadvantaged groups, with the state reimbursing the costs as part of the public-private partnership plan.

While I am deeply grateful for this opportunity for my child to receive quality education at your esteemed institution, I must bring to your kind attention our current financial hardship. My family and I are in a very challenging economic situation, and we struggle to meet our daily needs.
