Opportunity: Legal Intern at Arnifi Corporate Services LLC

Arnifi Corporate Services LLC is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Legal Intern to join our team. This role offers penultimate-year law students a unique chance to gain practical experience in an international business environment by directly supporting our legal team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review various contracts and agreements (domestic and international) and, when necessary, source templates for different jurisdictions.
• Engage regularly with Arnifi’s Dubai-based legal team in a hybrid setting (primarily virtual) to support ongoing projects and deliverables.
• Apply legal knowledge to real-world challenges, considering diverse legal systems and regulatory frameworks.

Candidate Requirements:

• Currently enrolled as a penultimate-year law student with a strong academic record.
• Proficient in drafting and understanding various types of contracts and agreements.
• Excellent communication skills, with a high level of proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Demonstrates a strong interest in learning about different countries' legal systems and contract formats.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Strong sense of initiative, resourcefulness, and attention to accuracy and efficiency.
