Currently we are currently looking for Sr. Associate / Principal Associate / Associate Partner (Banking & Finance) for one of the leading Law Firm at their Office in Defence Colony, New Delhi.  The Law Firm have existence in Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Japan and more than 100 Lawyers associated with it across the nation.

Ideal candidate should have around 3-10 plus years experience post LL.B. specifically in Banking & Financial Advisory & Transactions.   Salary Bracket would be around 18-35 Lac p.a. depending on experience and skill set but not a constraint for most suitable candidate.  Brief JD for the position is provided below for your reference : 

Brief Job Description : 

a) Independent Client dealing including all Stakeholders involved in Transaction
b) Drafting and Negotiations of Transaction Documents
c) Experience in handling and dealing Financial Trasaction for Term Loans, Working Capital Loans for PSUs / Financial Institution and banks
d) Diligent in conducting Corporate Due Diligence as well as Project Due Diligence
e) Should have at least 5 plus years experience with some good Law Firms
