We are a full-service law firm based in Mumbai. Looking for Advocates specialized in the following domains with a minimum experience of 1-2 years;

1. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution.

• Excellent knowledge of entire proceeding in arbitration till passing of award.
• Proficient in drafting applications, replies, rejoinders and other miscellaneous activities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with our diverse clients.
• Responsibility of attending regular arbitration hearings, providing regular updates to the clients, research and analysis, daily compliances including e-mail correspondence with client and team, etc.

1. Specialized in SARFAESI Proceedings.

• Excellent knowledge of SARFAESI proceedings for attending matters which are listed before DRT & DRAT, CMM & DM.
• Skilled in drafting Demand notice, Possession notice and Auction bid notice, replies and rejoinders, drafting various applications as and when required.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies, analyze potential risks, and provide legal advice to clients on regular basis.

1. High Court and Litigation.

• Proficient in drafting various petitions, applications, replies, rejoinders, etc. before the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay.
• Well versed with the proceedings of High Court with responsibility to appear regularly and provide timely updates of the matters to the client.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and provide accurate and timely legal opinions.
• Assist senior advocates in preparing case synopsis, briefs, and arguments for court hearings.

Support the team in other legal and administrative tasks, as assigned.
