Under Commercial Courts Act, 2015, as amended by 2018 Ordinance, the pecuniary jurisdiction of commercial courts has been set minimum for Rs 3 Lakhs, which means commercial disputes with minimum rs 3 lakhs will fall under Commercial courts jurisdiction.
