Can a parent take the child abroad after getting custody in a divorce case?

No, not without prior permission of the court. Taking the child abroad permanently or even temporarily without the court's approval or the other parent's consent may be treated as child abduction (unilateral relocation may be considered as parental abduction), which can lead to serious legal consequences, including cancellation of custody. Unilateral relocation may be considered parental abduction.
