The court will grant an RCR decree when it is proven that:
a) One spouse has withdrawn from the society (company) of the other,
b) There is no reasonable excuse or legal justification for doing so,
c) The petitioner is willing to resume marital life,
d) The petition is filed with clean hands (in good faith).
