What are the essential conditions for a valid mutual consent divorce?

Under Section 13B HMA, both spouses must:
a) Be separated for at least 1 year
b) File the petition together
c) Agree on all terms (alimony, child custody, etc.)
d) Give free and voluntary consent at both motions.

As provided under Sec 13B of the HMA, 1955, these are the essentials
Husband and wife are not able to live together anymore
They have been living separately for one year or more than one year
Both of them have mutually agreed that the marriage has been destroyed, and hence it needs to be ended.
