Yes, a person can apply for enrollment even if they completed their LL.B. many years ago. A long gap does not stop anyone from becoming a lawyer. The State Bar Council will ask for the usual documents, and sometimes an affidavit explaining the reason for the gap. As long as the degree is valid and all papers are correct, the person can be enrolled. After enrollment, they can practice law normally. In simple words, a time gap does not end your chance to become an advocate.
