The internship runs on a monthly schedule, starting on the first working day and ending on the last working day of each month. Qualifications
Opportunities for pre-final and final-year law students to intern at ALG India Law Offices are specifically designed for them:
Pre-Final Year Internship: Available to applicants in their second year of a three-year legal program and their fourth year of a five-year law program. There is no compensation for this internship.
Final year (Follow -on) internship: Students who have completed a Pre-Final Year internship at ALG and earned a recommendation. If this job is an assessment internship for possible placement, it can be paid with a stipend of INR 12,500.
Final Year (Regular) Internship: Available to final-year students who did not receive a recommendation or did not intern with ALG during their pre-final year. There is no compensation for this internship.
Roles and Responsibilities
ALG India Law Offices expects its interns to do a range of duties, such as:
helping with legal analysis and research
composing briefs and other legal papers
taking part in conversations and meetings with clients
assisting the legal staff with pending matters and undertakings
Depending on their internship category, gaining practical experience in IP law with an emphasis on either patents or generic IP
