About the Opportunity
A Deputy Legal Manager is responsible for assisting in overseeing the legal affairs of a company, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and providing legal advice to management. They handle legal documentation, contracts, and may represent the company in legal proceedings. Additionally, they collaborate with various departments to mitigate legal risks and support strategic business decisions.
Eligibility Criteria for Deputy Legal Manager
Residency: Candidate must be a local resident.
Qualification: LL.B (Bachelor of Laws) degree.
Experience: Minimum 1+ year of corporate experience, preferably in NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) or banks.
Age:Candidates should be below 30 years old.
Preference: Immediate joiners will be given special consideration.
Location: Mumbai
Salary:Based on the current CTC.
