About the Opportunity

Fortunewise Legal – Advocates & Attorneys is inviting applications for one Legal Associate (Internship – 6 months) for a non-litigation role centred on corporate trademark and brand advisory.

This is not a routine internship and does not involve court work. The role offers hands-on, business-facing exposure to real client work and demands responsibility, precision, and initiative—in a way that meaningfully builds professional capability.

Roles and Responsibilities

Trademark filings, prosecution, and portfolio management

Brand and IP advisory for corporate and startup clients

Legal research and structured drafting

Preparation of replies, legal opinions, and internal notes

Cold emails, professional communications, and outreach

Creating content related to trademarks, branding, and IP awareness

Eligibility Criteria

Strong interest in building depth in trademark law and corporate advisory, not litigation

Comfort with research, writing, and taking ownership of work

Ability to learn quickly and respond constructively to feedback

Looking for meaningful professional exposure, not just an internship certificate
