Renewable energy sector company is looking to hire one lawyer

Key Responsibilities

* Advising on laws and regulations governing power generation, particularly in the renewable energy sector.

* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements, including:

  * Joint Business Agreements (JBAs)

  * Loan and financing agreements

  * Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) agreements

  * Construction, supply, and related contracts

* Providing legal support on corporate governance, procurement, safety, security, insurance, and sustainability matters.

* Representing the Company before courts, regulatory authorities, government bodies, and in other legal proceedings as required.

* Annual CTC: INR 30–35 Lakhs (commensurate with experience and expertise)
