About the Opportunity
MB Jain & Partners is inviting applications for three (3) Associate positions from advocates with a minimum of one year of active litigation experience before the Bombay High Court. Candidates with prior exposure to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters will be given preference.
Eligibility Criteria
At least 1 year of hands-on litigation experience before the Bombay High Court
Working knowledge of IPR procedures before the Registry and the High Court
Familiarity with High Court appearances, filings, and procedural compliances
Strong drafting skills, including petitions, applications, replies, and legal notices
Ability to conduct independent legal research and appear before the Court with confidence
Willingness to associate with the firm on a long-term professional basis
Candidates residing along the Mumbai Western Line will be preferred for ease of commute
