About the Opportunity

Open Positions

Senior Associates – New Delhi

The firm seeks to hire two Senior Associates

Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Venture Capital and M&A

Prior advisory experience in regulated sectors and frontier technology will be an added advantage

Associates – General Corporate Advisory (New Delhi & Bengaluru)

Minimum 2 years of PQE

Experience in general corporate advisory and technology laws

The firm intends to onboard two Associates for this role

Associates – Transactions & General Corporate (New Delhi & Bengaluru)

Minimum 2 years of PQE in VC and M&A transactions

Hands-on experience in transaction execution and deal documentation

The firm is looking to hire three Associates for this position
