About the Opportunity

We are inviting applications for the position of Junior Law Associate from motivated and dedicated legal professionals who are keen to build a strong litigation career. The role offers exposure to diverse legal matters and hands-on court experience.

Eligibility & Skill Requirements

Minimum 2 to 5 years of litigation experience

Strong drafting and legal research skills

Excellent communication skills

Strong command over English and Hindi

Sound understanding of court procedures and ground-level litigation work

Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Confidence and competence in presenting arguments before courts

Willingness to handle and adapt to new and varied types of cases

Punctuality, sincerity, and professionalism are highly valued

Working Hours & Leave Policy

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM (may vary depending on assignments and court work)

Leave: Up to four (4) casual leaves, subject to prior intimation to the office

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be required to clear two rounds of interviews:

Video Conference (VC) Interview

Physical / In-Person Interview

Clearing both rounds is mandatory for final selection.
