About the Job
DGEF invites applications for the position of Land Acquisition – Legal for its Renewable Energy (Solar & Wind) projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for young legal professionals to gain hands-on exposure in land acquisition and energy infrastructure projects.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: LLB / LLM
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are welcome to apply)
Grade Level: JMC / MMC
Role & Responsibilities
Conduct legal due diligence of land and title documents
Advise on land acquisition laws and regulatory compliance
Draft and vet land-related agreements and documentation
Assist in negotiations, execution, and registration of documents
Coordinate with external legal counsel for litigation and related matters

Preferred Qualification
Candidates who have completed the Land Acquisition Laws for Solar Project – Online Certificate Course awarded by DGEF will be given preference.
