Role Description

Clause & Cause Legal Solutions is inviting applications for the position of Legal Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling legal documentation, offering practical legal advisory services, and supporting clients on a wide range of legal matters in line with their business objectives. This is a remote position, offering flexibility while working with a diverse, international client base.

Key Responsibilities

Researching and analyzing applicable laws and regulatory frameworks

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal agreements

Providing strategic advice on legal compliance and risk management

Delivering clear, business-oriented legal solutions to clients

Taking a proactive approach to addressing legal issues and aligning solutions with client goals

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); additional certifications will be an advantage

Strong understanding of commercial and corporate legal practices

Proven experience in legal documentation, contract drafting, and review

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts in a simple and practical manner

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Exposure to international legal frameworks (India, USA, and EMEA preferred)

Experience: 2–5 years in legal consulting or handling complex legal issues
