About the Opportunity

The Chambers of Anjana Gosain invite applications for the position of Litigation Associate. This role offers substantial exposure to Civil Litigation, with a particular emphasis on Writ Petitions, as well as Arbitration matters.

Associates will have the opportunity to work closely on constitutional and civil law matters before the Delhi High Court, alongside gaining hands-on experience in arbitration proceedings. Roles & Responsibilities

Handling Civil Litigation, primarily Writ Petitions

Assisting in and working on Arbitration matters

Legal research and drafting of pleadings, applications, and briefs

Case briefing and preparation for hearings

Making independent court appearances, as and when required

Maintaining organised case files and documentation

Ensuring compliance with procedural requirements and court deadlines

Eligibility Criteria

Post-Qualification Experience (PQE): 3–4 years

Strong drafting, research, and briefing skills

Ability to handle court matters responsibly and independently
