Eligibility
Criteria:
1.
Educational
Qualification: Degree in Law from a recognized university or institute.
2.
Minimum
17 years in Group 'A' Pay Scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs. 15,600 - 39,100) with Grade
Pay Rs. 5,400 (pre-revised), equivalent to Pay Level-10 (Rs. 56,100 - 1,77,500)
as per the 7th CPC.
3.
Out
of this, at least 7 years should be in legal roles related to contractual
matters, arbitration, legislative issues, or land acquisition.
