About the Job

A legal assistant supports lawyers and legal departments by performing various administrative and clerical tasks. Their duties include conducting legal research, drafting documents, managing case files, and scheduling appointments. Legal assistants must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of legal terminology and procedures. They play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of legal practices and assisting attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings.

Qualification

  • Law graduates with at least 55% marks (or equivalent under the Cumulative Grade Point Average system) from any university in India or institution recognized by the University Grants Commission.

  • Basic Knowledge of Computer Application Operation

  •  Acquaintance of vernacular Language i.e., Gujarati
