About the Job

As a Legal Officer at Kogta Finance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring legal compliance and supporting the company's operations with your expertise in legal matters. You will be responsible for providing legal guidance, drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents, and representing the company in legal proceedings when necessary. This role requires a meticulous approach to regulatory requirements and a proactive stance in mitigating legal risks.

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized institution.

-0-1 years of relevant experience, or freshers are encouraged to apply.

-Knowledge of Indian laws and regulations, particularly in financial services.

-Strong analytical and communication skills.
