 ABOUT THE JOB

 V Mart Retail ltd is looking for a Legal Intern for a Corporate Office in Gurgaon.

 ELIGIBILITY

 Law Graduates or final Year students are eligible.

 RESPONSIBILITIES 

1.     Implementing a legal compliance tool with respect to the contract and litigation modules.

2. Maintaining, filing, and managing databases for legal cases and lease documents.

3. Draft and review lease documents, contracts, agreements, and correspondences.

4. Research and manage a variety of instances.

 DURATION: 6 Months or as per availability

 SALARY: 10000-12000 per months
