The Director General of Foreign Trade is a senior official responsible for coordinating and implementing India's foreign trade policy. Headquartered in New Delhi, the Director General is appointed by the Central Government and serves as the Secretary to the Government of India. The office is responsible for promoting India's international trade, exporting and importing goods, and maintaining international trade agreements. The Director General plays a crucial role in shaping India's trade policy, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering economic growth through foreign trade.

Eligibility :

• Masters in Economics from a recognized University

• LLM from a recognized University
